Product Feed PRO and CTX Feed can generate the source feed from your WooCommerce catalogue; Feedlinter starts with that public XML URL. Keep an exporter if you need it to extract your products, then use Feedlinter for supported transformations and a separate output URL.

How does Feedlinter compare on WordPress server load and checkout speed?

A WordPress feed plugin uses your store’s hosting to generate the source feed. The impact depends on catalogue size, hosting and plugin configuration. Feedlinter runs its own parsing and cleanup outside WordPress. This separates downstream processing from checkout workloads while your existing exporter remains responsible for generating the source feed.

Can WordPress caching affect my product feed?

A source feed can become stale if its URL is cached incorrectly. Feedlinter publishes the processed output on separate infrastructure, outside WordPress page caching. It cannot recover updates missing from the source: check your exporter and cache exclusions if the original XML is out of date.

Can Feedlinter fix Google Merchant Center feed errors automatically?

The audit identifies supported product-data issues. Over 40 built-in controls cover cleanup, filtering and checks, with availability depending on the output channel. Configurable rules can handle tasks such as removing HTML from descriptions or setting identifier_exists for products without GTIN and MPN. Feedlinter does not invent barcodes or missing manufacturer data. Some errors need a source correction, and Google Merchant Center makes the final approval decision.

Do I need to install another WooCommerce plugin?
