Terms of Service
24 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Feedlinter. Creating an account or using the Service means that you accept them.
1. Provider and B2B scope
The Service is provided by Bartłomiej Spyrka Anbis, NIP 6372204742, REGON 380734176, Dworska 22, 32-300 Niesułowice, Poland. Contact: support@feedlinter.com.
Feedlinter is intended exclusively for businesses using it directly in connection with their professional activities. By creating an account or ordering a plan, you confirm that this is your purpose. If mandatory law grants you consumer or similar protections, these Terms do not restrict them.
2. Service and customer responsibilities
Feedlinter audits public XML/RSS product feeds, applies selected transformation rules, prepares output XML files, and makes them available through proxy URLs. Features, source counts, included SKU allowance, overage charges, and refresh frequency depend on the plan shown at purchase and in the dashboard.
You are responsible for your right to use source data, the accuracy of prices, stock levels, identifiers and offer content, and your store’s and advertising’s compliance with third-party platform policies. Do not include personal data in product feeds unless it is necessary for the catalog.
3. Account and security
Sign-in uses a single-use link sent to your account email address. Keep that mailbox secure and do not share login links or sessions with unauthorized people. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Availability and third-party platforms
We provide the Service with reasonable care, on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the extent permitted by law. Automated validation and transformation cover supported rules and data structure; they are not a complete compliance audit of your offers, store, or advertising account.
We do not guarantee approval, indexing, display, or continued availability of products or accounts on Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok, OpenAI, or other platforms. Their decisions can also depend on store policies, domain history, landing pages, and policies outside Feedlinter’s control.
5. Plans, limits, and fair use
Each source XML <item> or <entry> record, including each product variant, counts as one SKU. We add records from all active feeds on the account, even when they represent the same product. A 5% buffer does not trigger an extra charge. Once usage exceeds that buffer, we email you and allow 24 hours to correct the catalog. If the overage remains after that period, recurring packs of 1,000 SKUs at the price shown on the pricing page are added to your subscription and billed on the next invoice. Feed refreshes continue.
Use the Service responsibly. We may rate-limit requests, pause refreshes or proxy URLs, or, in serious cases, suspend an account if traffic threatens security or stability, involves attack attempts or abnormally frequent requests, or creates operational risk.
Where circumstances allow, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue. We may act immediately when security is directly at risk.
6. Subscription and cancellation
A paid plan renews at the interval and price shown at checkout. You can stop the next renewal before the next charge through the billing portal provided at purchase or by emailing support@feedlinter.com. We will confirm receipt of your request.
After effective cancellation, paid features and proxy URLs remain available until the end of the current paid period, unless service is suspended for abuse or unlawful conduct. We do not charge for a further renewal after that period. Any refunds are handled under the purchase terms and mandatory law.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or revenue, advertising spend, interrupted campaigns, or other indirect losses arising from the Service or decisions of third-party platforms.
The provider’s total liability for claims related to Feedlinter is limited to the fees actually paid for the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to intentional harm or where applicable law does not permit an exclusion or limitation.
8. Governing law and contact
Polish law governs these Terms. Disputes are heard by the court competent for the provider’s registered place of business unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Send questions and notices to support@feedlinter.com.
